I'm passionate about raising funds and awareness for great causes and great organizations!
Since I began consulting in 1997, I've had the privilege to work with dozens of organizations, philanthropists, small businesses and entrepreneurs. I partner with my nonprofit clients to increase their visibility and raise funds to advance their missions. I work with individual donors and philanthropists to connect them to charitable opportunities best suited to their needs and philanthropic goals. In collaboration with business owners and entrepreneurs, I refresh, rethink and reimagine, to create results-driven marketing and communications campaigns.
In the Washington, DC area I've worked with nonprofit organizations that help the homeless, serve families in need, advance arts and culture, promote community development and advocate for lung health and clean air. If you're interested in discussing how we could work together, please get in touch with me.
I have more than 15 years of professional experience in fundraising, marketing, public relations and graphic design, along with extensive organizational development and small business development experience. I've been trained in organizational leadership, nonprofit development, community economic development, real estate sales, marketing communications, and graphic design concepts. I've worked in a variety of communications and fundraising positions, served as the deputy director at a Washington, DC-based advocacy organization and the operations director of a nonprofit serving homeless women and children. I graduated from Harvard University with a degree in English. I've been trained in marketing, public relations, graphic design. community organizing and project management.
